To Celebrate  My Guardian Angel on Earth ( in other words my dear sister) & the fact that the summer  finally has come to stay - I will give an extra class this Friday Morning at 9 am on the Beach!

What day is it Tomorrow?

It is yet another beautiful day to live AND Special Monday Morning Yoga Class up in Park Guinardó :)
Who's coming? We will meet up at 8.30 & then walk up to the park together...

Yoga this weekend?

The " Saturday Morning Class" this week will be on Sunday at 10 am :)
Hopefully on the beach if the weather is nice - otherwise we will move up to the park as last weekend..who's up for it?
