Tomorrow the "Special-Monday-Morning-Class" is cancelled - & the reason is that I will participate in the celebrations of Yogi Bhajans birthday.
Yogi Bhajan is the man who brought us Kundalini yoga to the west, and each year in gratitude, we celebrate the spirit & wisdom of our dear Teacher ♥
There will be celebrations held all over the world, and here in Barcelona most kundalini yoga centres will too; Golden Temple in Sants and Shunia Yoga in Eixample for example.
To make up for the missed class, I will be giving an extra class in Park Ciutadella this coming Thursday...
