I would like to apologise!!
Since I feel a little bit guilty of the rain...I mean I did say "let it rain" after receiving the most beautiful raincoat from my dear sister ...& now we have had the most rainy April in Barcelona in a decade I believe...it may be just a coinisidence...or not...so be careful what you wish for :)

What a Beautiful start of a brand new week ♥♥

This morning was the premiere for my "Special-Monday-Morning" Yoga class up in Park Guinardó - and special it was :) Lovely energy on this beautiful spot....So thank you girls for sharing it with me ♥

Barcelona is becoming Healthier this Weekend!

The time has come to embrace the spring & become one with nature...

..so please join me next Monday morning at 10 am for a yoga class in park Guinardó with an impressive view over Barcelona!
The idea is that we all meet up at my place & then walk up to the top together while enjoying the beautiful surroundings & getting a nice warmup (aprox 25 min up hill :) - If you prefer, there is a bus going all the way up to the top.

On Saturday I will also begin with my popular "yoga on the beach" again & I believe that 11 am is a good time to start at the moment ( not too cold, not too hot & not too many people)

I will keep my Thursday- night indoor classes in Maragall for a couple of more weeks ( 7 pm)
- & as always I am available for private classes on other days & times :)

After a pretty tough winter (at least for me) the spring is finally here to stay AND a beautiful New Moon in Aries is arriving.

April April...

First yoga session on my terrace this year completed & 1st of April today - so I declare that spring is here to stay :)

Praise the spells and bless the charms,
I found April in my arms.
