It's time to get back in the kitchen & start cooking again! Or at least that is how it works for me - during the summer I become very "lazy" when it comes to cooking healthy food, but as soon as the autumn arrives so does my inspiration!
Veggie soup is definitely my number one choice for the autumn/winter season - it's easy to cook, it's cheap, healthy and warming!
